Most printing problems come down to scale, margins or the picture itself. Start with the fixes below. If you're still stuck, email me and I'll help.

From inside the app, Help › Report a Problem… includes the details I need (app version, macOS version and your current settings), so I can see what you saw. Help › Send Feedback… is for ideas and anything that got in your way.

Questions
The printed sheets are smaller than Page Tiles said.
The print was scaled. Printing from Page Tiles always sends sheets at 100%. If you printed an exported PDF from another app, set the scale to 100% or Actual Size there. See printing at actual size.
Part of the picture is cut off at the edge of each sheet.
Your printer can’t print as close to the edge as the margins allow. Choose Match a Printer, pick your printer, then Use Its Margins. Print Test Seam to check.
The quality badge says Blurry.
The picture doesn’t have enough pixels for that size. Make the poster smaller, or find a bigger version of the picture. See enlarging an image.
Alignment marks are greyed out.
They need overlap to sit in. Choose an overlap of 3, 5 or 10 mm and they switch back on.
Toggling marks doesn't change the preview.
Marks print around each sheet’s picture, so they show in Sheets view, not in Assembled view.
Page Tiles opened the wrong page of my PDF.
Use the arrows next to Page under the file name to choose another page.
Something prints wrong on my printer only.
Choose Help › Printer Diagnostics and send the report with your email. It lists what macOS reports about your printer, which usually explains margin problems.
